my room was a minsters beautiful two bedroom suite. the breakfast had lots of choices. the staff were really courteous and helpful .

Really good Stay Experience

delicious treats fresh fruit perfect housekeeping chocolate basket

The staff greeted us warmly with treats, and a fruit bowl was replenished daily. Housekeeping maintained an perfect standard. I found the room perfectly clean each evening. On Easter Sunday, we received a lovely chocolate basket. It was a very kind gesture.

I found that the temperature in the room was hard to regulate. It was a minor inconvenience though.

The suite featured comfortable beds. I liked having a separate kitchen area. The spacious bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower enclosure. It felt very luxurious.

The concierge provided excellent service. Staff members were readily available, and they met our needs effectively. The reception team was always helpful. their assistance was prompt and courteous.
